AGICY is incorporated in Cyprus (EU) with no US parent company, no US investors with board seats, and no US-headquartered subprocessors. This corporate structure makes the US CLOUD Act legally inapplicable to any data processed on our infrastructure. All contracts are governed by EU law, all disputes resolved in EU courts, and all data processing agreements comply with GDPR Articles 28 and 46.
EU JurisdictionEvery compute node runs on Tenstorrent RISC-V silicon — an open instruction set architecture with no proprietary backdoors or US export-controlled components. Our sovereign cloud stack is built on AGIOS with full-disk encryption at rest (AES-256), TLS 1.3 in transit, and hardware-rooted attestation for every workload.
RISC-V SiliconPlanned operations by EU-resident personnel. No remote access from non-EU staff in the design. Phase 1 campus is Vasilikos, Cyprus (pre-construction). A parallel Greece campus at Megara is TARGET / planning only — not live megawatts. Further EU sites are partner-led, not AGICY-operated today.
