AGICY Gateway Pricing Disclaimer
Frontier API routing estimates · Not a reseller agreement
1. Not an Official Reseller
AGICY(project / brand operator) and its planned Cap. 113 vehicles (including target HoldCo AGICY Holdings Ltd — not yet incorporated) are not authorized resellers, distributors, or official partners of Anthropic, OpenAI, Google DeepMind, xAI, Mistral AI, or other frontier model providers referenced in gateway pricing tables and calculators.
“Official list prices” shown on agicy.ai/gateway and related pages are drawn from publicly available provider documentation as of 2026-07-10. AGICY does not represent that these figures reflect your account's negotiated rates, volume discounts, enterprise agreements, or regional pricing.
2. Two Gateway Pricing Tiers
AGICY Gateway offers two distinct pricing tiers. Marketing pages label each tier explicitly — high headline savings apply only to the subsidized SRA intro rate, not the sustainable production rate.
Tier A — SRA introductory rate (subsidized)
- Rate: €0.10/M input + €0.10/M output (all-in flat).
- Eligibility: Sovereign Resource Allocation (SRA) customers at introductory pricing, bundled with sovereign compute allocation.
- Economics: Below modeled frontier COGS (~€4.68/M) — cross-subsidized, not sustainable for frontier-only routing.
- Savings vs direct list: May show very high headline percentages vs upstream list prices. These are promotional estimates only.
Tier B — Standard Gateway (sustainable pass-through)
- Rate: Compressed upstream list pass-through + €0.15/M platform fee (€0.12 routing + €0.03 energy margin). OpenRouter publishes a 5.5% credit-purchase fee and a 5% BYOK overage after allowance, with no markup on model list (openrouter.ai/pricing, 19 August 2026). Copperway SRA intro is a flat €0.10/M in + €0.10/M out — not a percent take. Those OpenRouter percents are their published fees, not a Copperway invoice line and not a guaranteed saving.
- Compression: 46% semantic input compression reduces billed upstream input tokens.
- Typical savings: 8–15% blended vs direct API at 75/25 input:output mix (model-dependent).
- Recommended for: Production gateway workspaces after SRA intro period.
3. AGICY Price Stack (Estimated)
The table below summarizes AGICY's all-in estimated rates. These are research estimates for planning — not binding quotes.
| Service | AGICY price | vs direct | Savings |
|---|---|---|---|
| Gateway platform fee (sovereign routing) | €0.15/M | — (not charged by upstream) | Covers proxy ops + PPA margin |
| Frontier API input — Claude Sonnet 4.6 (compressed pass-through) | $1.62/M upstream + €0.15/M platform | $3.00/M | ~46% fewer input tokens billed |
| Frontier API output — Claude Sonnet 4.6 (upstream pass-through) | $15.00/M + €0.15/M platform | $15.00/M | 0% — billed at upstream list |
| Frontier API blended (3:1 input:output mix) | ~€4.72/M all-in est. | ~€5.52/M direct list | ~14.5% vs direct (modeled) |
| SRA intro flat rate (subsidized) | €0.10/M in + €0.10/M out | Modeled COGS ~€4.68/M | Promotional — sovereign cross-subsidy |
| Sovereign compute — energy marginal (on-campus) | €0.43/M COGS basis | ~€2+/M cloud GPU-equivalent | Up to 8× vs hyperscaler (plan doc) |
AGICY Gateway all-in rate: €0.10/M input + €0.10/M output (€0.20/M per 1M in + 1M out). Modeled frontier COGS ~€4.68/M vs retail €0.10/M at 3:1 mix — subsidized via sovereign allocation. Includes PII masking, EU routing, and ~46% SCE input compression.
4. Compression Model & COGS
SRA intro (Tier A) retail rate is €0.10/M input plus €0.10/M output. Standard Gateway (Tier B) bills compressed upstream at list plus €0.15/M platform fee.
- Input tokens: €0.10/M regardless of upstream list; 46% semantic compression (46% design target) reduces AGICY's internal upstream COGS.
- Output tokens: €0.10/M — upstream pass-through cost absorbed within sovereign subsidy.
- Modeled COGS (frontier route, PPA): ~€4.68/M vs retail €0.10/M at 3:1 mix — subsidized (negative gross margin on frontier routing).
- Sovereign energy: 0.178 €/kWh self-generation (facility energy model); marginal COGS ~€0.434/M (management P&L COGS reference).
Standard Gateway blended savings vs direct list are typically 8–15% (compressed pass-through + €0.15/M platform fee). The SRA intro flat €0.10/M rate may show much higher headline savings but is subsidized below modeled frontier COGS — not a guaranteed discount on your negotiated upstream contract.
5. Upstream Pass-Through & No Guaranteed Savings
AGICY Gateway routes eligible requests to upstream frontier APIs. You remain subject to upstream provider terms, acceptable-use policies, rate limits, model availability, and pricing changes imposed by those providers.
AGICY does not guarantee any minimum savings, fixed per-token price, latency ceiling, model availability, or compression ratio in production. Actual billed tokens depend on prompt structure, tool calls, retrieval context, masking rules, routing configuration, failover paths, and upstream metering policies.
Where upstream providers increase list prices, impose surcharges, or restrict routing, gateway effective rates may change without notice. Estimates on this site may lag live upstream pricing.
6. SRA Is Not a Gateway API Contract
A Sovereign Resource Allocation (SRA) reserves dedicated sovereign compute capacity and may optionally include AGICY Gateway routing as part of a broader infrastructure engagement. An executed SRA is not, by itself, a metered API contract for frontier model inference.
- SRA deposits secure hardware reservation and Phase 1 allocation — not per-token API pricing.
- Gateway routing entitlements, if any, are governed by separate workspace agreements, order forms, or MSA schedules executed at service activation.
- Selecting “AGICY Gateway” or “Hybrid” routing in the SRA form expresses intent only; it does not lock gateway rates shown on this website.
For sovereign compute tier pricing, see agicy.ai/pricing. For gateway research tables, see Frontier API supplier rankings.
7. Research Basis & Updates
Gateway pricing research is versioned (2026-07-10, as of 2026-07-10). Sources include official provider pricing pages cited in the supplier rankings table. AGICY may update estimates, compression assumptions, or supplier coverage without republishing every page that references them.
Nothing on this page constitutes financial, legal, or procurement advice. Enterprise buyers should perform independent vendor diligence and obtain binding quotes before budget commitments.
8. Modeled competitor comparisons
Comparisons on this site between Copperway and third-party LLM gateways (including OpenRouter) are modeled illustrations. They are not quotes, invoices, guaranteed savings, live campus capacity, or an offer of securities.
- OpenRouter fees: The 5.5% pay-as-you-go credit-purchase fee, the 5% BYOK overage after allowance, and the statement that OpenRouter does not mark up model list prices are taken from OpenRouter's published pricing page (openrouter.ai/pricing) as of the date shown on the comparison. Those percents are OpenRouter's fees, not a Copperway invoice line.
- SRA intro is promotional: Copperway SRA introductory rates (€0.10/M input + €0.10/M output) are subsidized as described in Section 2. They are not a percent take of upstream list and are not a general public tariff without SRA eligibility.
- SCE is modeled and fail-open: Semantic Compression Engine figures (including the 46% design-target reduction in billed input tokens) are modeled. If the compression engine is unavailable, the gateway fail-opens and bills uncompressed tokens. OpenRouter prompt caching is a different mechanism and is not treated as equivalent to SCE.
- Campus and offtake: The Vasilikos campus is pre-construction. Executed offtake is zero. Copperway Playground, where offered, is a limited software path and is not live campus inference. See Terms of Service §2 and §12.
Worked examples (including “5% of a $15/M output rate = $0.75/M”) are arithmetic on published list rates. Mix-dependent. Not a guarantee.
