PHAROS AI Factory — complement, not competitor
Public Greek factory and Cyprus SME antennas sit beside a planned commercial campus. AGICY is not a Gigafactory bidder.
EuroHPC now counts 19 AI Factories operational or selected, plus 13 AI Factory Antennas. Four Antennas connect to the Greek AI Factory PHAROS: Cyprus, Malta, North Macedonia and Serbia. That is public SME and research capacity. AGICY’s Vasilikos campus is pre-construction commercial offtake.
Cyprus antenna and CY-AIF
Cyprus cleared state aid for the Pharos-CY AI Factory Antenna on 17 July 2026, roughly €6 million, found compatible under Article 28 of Regulation (EU) 651/2014, with SMEs as principal beneficiaries. Separately, the AI Factory Cyprus (CY-AIF) NVIDIA system entered pilot operation in June 2026. Sources: EuroHPC JU / PHAROS; Cyprus Mail, CBN Cyprus, CORDIS project 101263007. AGICY does not operate those systems.
